Years of experience REQ: 18 months ICU experience required; 2 years preferred. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CARDIAC & NEURO PATIENTS AS ICU IS MIXED WITH BOTH.

First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y

Certs REQ: AHA BLS & ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20miles)

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) N

Same Rate Pending License accepted: (Y/N) N

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's 40 hrs for 8/10's

Special Requirements: Epic experience required at a 3 or 4. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.
