Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop team members during your shifts
  • Recognize and reward achievements to motivate your team
  • Assign job duties and set clear goals
  • Deliver quality customer service to every guest
  • Maintain strict food safety standards
  • Assist with inventory control and restaurant cleanliness
  • Perform duties of cook, cashier, and line server as needed
