Responsibilities Under direction of Director, Manager, Patient Care or Designee perform a variety of duties involving the coordination of both clinical and non-clinical care activities including but not limited to staff assignments, staffing levels, etc. Provide guidance, support and coordinate orientation of all new staff members. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent is required. A minimum of three years clinical experience in an appropriate setting, i.e.ICU is required. Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to exempt yourself from vaccination once hired.
