Medical Recruiter

customers and colleagues. The Recruiter manages the end to end recruitment process for manager and senior
attracting top talent, leading a high quality candidate experience, and
providing thoughtful recruitment consultation to business partners. Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, researching,
and recruiting talent through the offer stage.
* Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to develop and execute
Build and manage strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment
Leverage recruiting tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and Oracle, to
drive efficient and effective hiring outcomes.
* Identify and pursue additional networking opportunities, including diversity
outreach, talent communities, and alternative job boards.
* Establish and maintain strong partnerships with HRBPs to understand business
needs and ensure a seamless, consultative hiring process.
* Attend job fairs, conferences, and networking events to build relationships,
Embrace and model the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence culture,
Develop a point of view on recruitment market trends and provide high‑level
consultation to HR and business partners.
