About the Opportunity

Quentin Family Medicine , located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania , is seeking a full-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our patient-focused team.

Practice alongside a team of 2 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
Located within the LGH Lebanon multi-specialty center , offering:
- Family Medicine
- Urgent Care
- Lab Services
- Imaging (including Mammography and Ultrasound)
- Cardiology
- Behavioral Health
- Orthopedics
- Excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-based care model

Key Responsibilities

Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:

Conduct patient consultations and determine treatment plans
Recommend and interpret diagnostic tests
Monitor lab results, medication use, and potential toxicities
Prescribe/administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations
Explain procedures, test results, and care plans to patients
Collaborate with a full care team, including nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other professionals
Refer patients to specialists when necessary

Minimum Qualifications

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
