Job Details Location: Hunters Ridge CILA - Hoffman Estates, IL 60192 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $21.35 - $21.35 Hourly Residential Counselor – Hunters Ridge CILA A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities. Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each. Location Hoffman Estates, IL Hours Part-Time Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm (30hrs/week) Pay $21.35/hr + Paid Training! Responsibilities Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned. Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources. Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping. Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.
