Emergency Communications Dispatcher
City of Independence
The City of Independence seeks a communications professional to operate and coordinate radio communications for police, fire, and animal services. Responsibilities include 9-1-1 CAD operation, NCIC/MULES/REJIS access, weather siren coordination, and recording duties. Must multi-task in a high-stress environment and assist multiple departments and the public. Qualifying candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to type 35 wpm, and complete NIMS training within six months. #J-18808-Ljbffr
