Nurse Practitioner

Key duties involve overseeing residents in skilled nursing facilities, performing in-person histories and physicals, and integrating treatment plans into overall care strategies. Qualifications include a nursing degree, valid RN and NP licenses, and experience in geriatric care. Skills in assessment, care coordination, and teamwork are essential.
