Job Description & Requirements General Surgery Physician Start Date: ASAP | Pay Rate: $ - $ This facility is seeking a General Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and Requirements Schedule: 24‑hour call only, 7:00 AM–7:00 AM (Current need June 30–July 1, 2026, with additional holiday and weekend coverage opportunities). Practice Setting: inpatient Types of Cases: General surgery cases Credentialing Timeframe: 30‑90 days Certifications Required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensure Required: Licensed in Massachusetts only Facility Location Known as the "Heart of the Commonwealth," Worcester is one of Massachusetts' most revered cities.
