Responsibilities Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric residents in planning social services programs Plans social services programs for residents with therapeutic, neurological and dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, and infectious diseases, if applicable Promptly follows-up on admission inquiries, evaluates and assesses the needs of prospective residents to determine appropriateness of facility placement Qualifications and Skills Experience as a Director of Social Work in a large LTC setting preferred BSW or MSW preferred, or Bachelors degree in a related field At least one year experience in Social Work field required About the Role As a Social Service Director at Envive of BrookVILLE, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
