Job Summary The Business Program Manager I supports cross‑functional programs and business operations between Asia headquarters and North American teams. This role assists with project coordination, stakeholder communication, process improvements, and operational support in a fast‑paced global technology environment. Strong English communication skills and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese are required to support collaboration with cross‑regional teams and headquarters. Duties And Responsibilities Support cross‑functional programs and projects across North America and Asia by assisting with project coordination, timelines, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Serve as a liaison between North America and Asia teams, supporting bilingual communication, meeting coordination, and cross‑cultural collaboration. Assist with program execution activities, including tracking deliverables, preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project documentation. Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, sales, finance, and operations to support business initiatives and operational goals. Help identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and workflow efficiencies. Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for management to support business planning and decision‑making. Support customer, partner, and vendor engagements as needed, including participation in meetings, events, and strategic initiatives. Maintain organized program records, risk logs, action items, and other documentation to ensure effective project execution and communication. Education Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in semiconductor, hardware manufacturing, or enterprise technology sectors preferred. Experience 0‑3 years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related role within the technology or related industry. Full professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) required to support communication and collaboration with global headquarters and cross‑regional stakeholders. Strong knowledge of program management methodologies and proficiency with ERP and project management tools, with PMP, PgMP, or Agile or Scrum certification preferred. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (including Asia) and work effectively across U.S. and Asia time zones in a global operating model. Demonstrated experience working with Asian companies or in cross‑Pacific, multinational environments, including collaboration with global headquarters teams.
