Together, we are EXP.Are you ready to design your future?Be our next Plumbing Designer / EngineerIn this role, you will be a part of the MEP Plumbing Team, of the U.S. South Sector, based in Orlando or Coral Gables, Florida, or Milwaukee, Wisconsin office, and have the opportunity to work on the designing plumbing systems for Gaming, Hospitality, Entertainment, Healthcare or Commercial projects.What a day at EXP has in store for youWork with a senior engineer for the direction of the plumbing systems to be designed.Route plumbing systems and size appropriately.Perform load calculations and perform selection of equipment.Prepare schedules, details, and fixture and equipment schedules.Understand the scope of SD, DD, CD level documents and be able to prepare and deliver drawings at the appropriate level.Ability to review respond to Construction Administration items to include RFIs and submittals.Ability to delegate tasks to a junior level designer.What your experience looks likeAbility to think in a 3D simulated environment5 + years' minimum experience in plumbing design, wanting to begin or expand their experience in the plumbing engineering field.Strong REVIT MEP experience.Engineering or Drafting Degree (BS Architectural Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Plumbing Engineer, AS Drafting and Design, or equivalent degree) is a plus.Great communication skills.EIT or PE is a plus.EXP is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer who fully and actively supports equal access for all people regardless of race, color, sex, religion, gender, age, national origin, veteran status, disability, genetic information or testing, family and medical leave, sexual orientation and gender identity or expression.Should you need any special accommodations, please feel free to contact us at View email address on click.appcast.io and we will arrange for the most suitable accommodations based on your needs.
