As an Security Officer you are at the tip of the spear when it comes to the advanced security solutions we provide our clients every day.Specific benefits include:Recognition and Reward Programs.Training and Career Development.Opportunities for Medical, dental, Holidays, vacation and sick, and 401 (k) retirement plan.Uniform and equipment providedAdditional benefits vary depending on position.Responsibilities:Supervise, support and mentor security officers during swing shift operationsEnsure all posts are properly staffed, and officers are adhering to policies and post orders.Conduct shift briefings, inspections, and patrols to ensure operational readiness.Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, unusual activity, etc.Enforce company policies, client rules, and safety standards consistently.Provide coaching, corrective guidance, and on-the-job trainingQualificationsQualifications / Preferences:Must have at 3+ years of security supervisor experienceStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsBasic computer application knowledgeAbility to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods at a timeBe flexible in their scheduleGreat attendance recordMust pass the MVR.Preferred experience with metal detectors and security wandsWork Environment and ScheduleJob operates in client sites which could be indoors or outdoors.Position requires prolonged standing and walking, in the performance of daily security activities.Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays and overtime as directed(overtime occurs).Work various shifts and Holidays as assigned.
