Wound care nurse qualifications include:

• Current Georgia or multistate LPN or RN license in good standing
• 1 year experience as wound care nurse required
• Wound care nurse certification preferred
• Experience working in a person-directed care community preferred
• Current CPR/BLS first aid certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow nursing care partners
• Superb wound care nurse documentation skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to develop meaningful relationships with elders and family members
