Field-based cardiovascular sales specialist role covering West Texas territory including Lubbock, Amarillo, and Midland. Develops customer relationships with healthcare providers and executes territory business plans to drive product adoption aligned with clinical needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-level business plans aligned with company policies and ethical standards
• Conduct compliant product discussions with cardiologists, primary care providers, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain current product knowledge and required certifications for company portfolio
• Provide management regular updates on customer needs, market dynamics, and progress toward quality objectives
• Monitor business performance against targets using company tools to support planning and sales impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 0-3 years relevant sales or healthcare experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel ~25% overnight within assigned territory
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships effectively
• Proficiency with digital tools and data analysis to develop strategic sales plans
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills in both independent and team settings
• Reside within territory or willing to relocate at own expense within distance requirements

Compensation: S1: $79,200–$124,700; S2: $106,200–$167,200
