The upper end of the range is intended for candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience in comparable roles.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome members in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.Build strong relationships with members and help guide them into a full relationship with PSCU.Provide comprehensive, prompt, accurate, and efficient member transactions.Perform Member TransactionsReceive share drafts/checks and cash for deposits to accounts, verify amounts, examine share drafts/checks for proper endorsement, and accurately enter deposits into computer records.Process withdrawals from accounts and/or share draft/check cashing, verify amounts, and enter withdrawals into system accurately. Cash share drafts/checks from a variety of accounts upon proper verification according to credit union policies and procedures.Assist with mail or e-mail transactions, when available.Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds.Issue cashier checks, money orders, and CDs.Balance cash drawer at end of the shift and compare totaled amount to computer-generated proof sheet. Research and resolve discrepancies. Report any discrepancies to the supervisor as necessary. May help other Concierges or Tellers research and resolve discrepancies.Ensure that your workspace and the lobby are properly stocked with forms, supplies, brochures, etc.Assist members with the ITM machine to ensure they are able to use it effectively.Cross SellingMaintain an up-to-date comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services that are handled or promoted by Concierges.
