Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Part-Time | Hybrid | Greater Tampa Bay Area
Work with Willow has partnered with a client seeking a PMHNP to join their upscale private-pay mental health group practice serving the Greater Tampa Bay area.
This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for someone seeking supplemental income alongside another position. Providers create their own schedules, and our established practice generates consistent referrals through a team of 15+ therapists.

- Flexible schedule with hybrid in-office and telehealth work

- Opportunity to provide thoughtful, depth-oriented care rather than high-volume medication management
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Provide medication management and treatment planning
- Collaborate with therapists and other providers
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Active Florida PMHNP license and DEA registration
- Board Certified PMHNP
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Interest in conducting in-depth psychiatric evaluations and developing meaningful client relationships
