Registered Nurse Educator Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services throughout Arizona to individuals experiencing opioid use disorder, homelessness, mental illness, and other crises. Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) Educator assists in developing, conducting, and evaluating organizational nurse and medical treatment team training programs. The RN Educator conducts classroom and individualized training through in‑service sessions, clinical supervision, orientation tracks, new‑graduate residency programs, and the continuing education and professional development of nurses, students, and other patient‑care staff. The RN Educator serves as a resource for staff and site leadership, assists with preceptorship and mentorship programs, and provides recommendations and guidance for patient educational programs. The RN Educator performs administrative duties as needed, plans a monthly calendar of education activities, and serves on special committees as required. Education & Experience Required Associate’s Degree from an accredited nursing school is required. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. 3–5 years of health‑care related experience with exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations. 1–2 years of experience in a training or education role preferred.
