You will also assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping America Run on Dunkin’. You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills. Capable of counting money and making change Able to operate restaurant equipment Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations. Passion for Results Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience,and judgment. Building Effective Teams – get the right people in the right places, enabling them to make decisions and celebrate success as a team.
