3rd Shift Nurse RN or LPN

Overview Nurses are responsible for providing day-to-day preventative, maintenance, restorative and emergency nursing care for the children and young adults with disabilities served by Hills and Dales. This role ensures that provider orders and treatment plans are implemented. This role also requires a collaborative working relationship with all necessary departments in the performance of its operations as well as supervising the employees assigned to third shift. This role supports a variety of health needs but assures that the overnight well-being of residents is maintained. Nurses with attention to detail, commitment to quality and compassion are an essential part of our mission! Hills & Dales nursing positions are unique; they generally do not require significant amount of lifting/positioning, as these duties are supported by direct support professionals. Hills & Dales support clients with complex medical circumstances. Nurses are tasked with really learning a resident\'s baseline to allow early signs of health change to be perceived quickly. Nurses support a high volume of medication administration and health assessment oversight. Schedule & Compensation We are interested in adding capacity to our night team. Schedule options are available from 8-12 hour shifts between 3-5 days a week. Part-time or PRN options may also be considered, but have a different benefit and compensation package. RN start wage: $38.41/hour + weekend hours at 1.5x base (Premium Pay) LPN start wage: $31.17/hour + weekend hours at 1.5x base (Premium Pay) Also, for FT Nurses, we are honored to support our team with offering Health Insurance for as low as $1 per month, even for family plans.
