What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on various vehicles and equipment, including trucks, trailers, and electronic components
• Complete oil changes, fluid services, tire repairs, and inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and air system issues within your skill level
• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems
• Identify potential issues before they become breakdowns
• Keep accurate maintenance records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop
• Work closely with fellow technicians, foremen, and the Maintenance Director
• Help us achieve our goal of Zero Breakdowns

What We're Looking For

• Motivated and versatile automotive maintenance technician 
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Previous diesel or automotive maintenance experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Standing, reaching, stretching, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing and twisting 
• Able to lift 110 Ibs. to waist level to handle duties such as brake drums, etc.
• Able to lift 75 lbs. above chest level
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus, but not required)
