Perform maintenance and repairs to standard facility equipment. Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure maintenance & repairs are conducted timely.Skilled in mechanical/electrical operations of facilities.Document all work within DHL maintenance systemPerform maintenance and repairs to standard facility equipment (HVAC, Lighting, Plumbing, etc.)Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure maintenance & repairs are conducted timely.Surveying buildings and repair mechanical systemsPerforming maintenance of electrical systemsAssisting in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systemsPerform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelinesSupport and interact primarily with colleagues of own teamCommunicate information that requires some explanation or interpretationAddress task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationshipsVocational or Technical education with FM certificationAssociates degree in technical field a plusMore than 2 years in Facility Management with a technical focus.Previous experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) systemGreat opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the worldInternational and virtual environmentFlexibility and great opportunity to learnTempting Compensation and benefitsDHL is an equal opportunity employer.
