Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. Role Overview

Our Certified Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care as outlined in resident's care plan 
• Respond to resident requests and determine how to best assist them
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
• Document care provided, communicate changes of condition with Supervisor
• Assist and encourage residents to participate in community activity program
• Spread Joy! 

Qualifications

• Certified Caregiver in Arizona
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Current AZ Fingerprint Card
• Current Food Handlers Card
• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• Previous experience a plus!!
• A love for seniors!
