Monitor and promptly address any spills or messes to uphold a clean and safe environment. Assist guests with inquiries and provide helpful information with a courteous and friendly demeanor. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless coordination in maintaining overall cleanliness. To be successful in this role, you need basic English communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, including bending, lifting, and carrying light objects. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a neat and aesthetically pleasing lobby. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
