Production Chef

Peabody | Full-Time | Leadership Role A fast-growing company is seeking a passionate, innovative, and hands‑on Production Chef to lead its culinary team. We specialize in healthy, fresh, and seasonal menu items , guided by a unique six-season approach to menu development. This is a fast-paced environment with alot of moving parts. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Collaboration Lead by example as a self-starter, working side-by-side with kitchen staff daily. Train, develop, and mentor the culinary team to uphold high standards. Maintain a hands-on presence in all aspects of production, plating, and service. Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe, FDA, HACCP). Oversee kitchen scheduling, labor control, and cost management to meet financial goals. Monitor inventory, vendor quality, and kitchen efficiency. Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and hold teams accountable. Deep knowledge of seasonal, health-driven cuisine and menu planning. Proficiency in kitchen cost controls, labor management, and food safety compliance. Comfort working in a collaborative environment with both culinary and marketing teams. A self-starter mindset with creativity, adaptability, and a drive for excellence. Why This Role?
