Job Title: Registered Nurse CVOR

City/State: Montgomery, Alabama

Shift: 7:00 AM 8 hr Days - 40

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Start Date: 07/20/2026

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse CVOR provides professional nursing care in the CVOR unit, with responsibilities including circulating in surgical procedures and ensuring patient safety throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Circulate in surgical procedures in the CVOR setting
Maintain patient safety and adhere to protocols
Collaborate with ORA, desk assistant, charge nurse, and team leaders
Attend to open heart, CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, sternotomy, thoracotomy/thoracoscopy, VATS, ECMO procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in CVOR
Strong experience in trauma (no burns), neuro, general, vascular, ENT, ortho spine, ortho (including total joint experience), gyn, urology, robotics, plastics, breasts, eyes
ACLS and BLS certifications
No first-time travelers accepted with less than 2 years of experience
