Sales Coordinator

Good Source Solutions , a manufacturer and distributor of food products, is a growing company specializing in providing cost effective products and solutions for our customers and vendors. The purpose of this integral position within the organization is to source value‑oriented foods products that will help maintain and grow top line sales and margin. POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Coordinator provides excellent customer service by completing and processing orders, finding solutions to order issues, and communicating the transit of orders from our dock to theirs. You are a multitasker, organized and have an easy‑going, professional, get‑it‑done attitude. You are structured and independent within a fun and supportive team environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Sales Team Process inbound orders, communicate order status to customers within 24 hr. time matrixes Track sales orders and troubleshoot any inventory or delivery issues with customers Process POF for any customer short or damage upon delivery, track and communicate Update contacts, delivery instructions across all systems and communicate changes to the Sales Team Assist customers daily via telephone and email to provide customer service and resolve problems Support the Sales Team during travel and PTO Work with Inventory and Procurement to notify when low stock or out of stock issues at the warehouse level Other duties as assigned PROFESSIONAL SKILLS Strong organizational skills, great multi‑tasker, attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Follow through – you start it, you finish it People person, enjoy building relationships with customers on the phone and through email Not afraid to resolve customer issues Thrives in an independent work environment, self‑motivated & structured Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experienced with CRM database EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Prior experience in a high‑volume, administrative role. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Pay Range: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS Professional office environment. Primary office environment is ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
