Job Details Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (Circulator) / OR RN Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Location: Belfast, Maine Start Date: August 31, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,100-$2,210 Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shifts Per Week: 4 Shift Duration: 16 hours Schedule: Rotating call coverage, including weekends and holidays as assigned Setting: Operating Room / Perioperative Nursing with access to 3 ORs and 2 procedure rooms Charting: EPIC Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS required Circulator experience strongly preferred; scrub experience is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced critical access surgical environment Comfort working with common OR equipment, surgical technology, and perioperative workflows Responsibilities Serve as an Operating Room Circulator and support safe, efficient surgical workflow Provide nursing care for a variety of surgical cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, urology, and endoscopy Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff to maintain excellent patient outcomes Monitor patient safety throughout procedures and ensure accurate documentation in EPIC Participate in rotating call coverage and respond as needed for assigned cases Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared operating room environment Apply now for this Maine healthcare travel nurse opportunity and join a supportive surgical team in beautiful Belfast, Maine!
