About the Role As the Director of Global Benefits at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead the design and management of our global employee benefits programs. You will oversee a team that develops and executes a comprehensive benefits strategy, ensuring offerings are competitive, cost‑effective, and aligned with a diverse workforce. With Solstice’s global footprint, you will evaluate benefits in multiple countries, taking into account local laws, statutory requirements, and employee needs. You will report directly to the VP of Total Rewards and HR Services and work out of the Morris Plains, NJ office on a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Develop and execute the global benefits strategy. Oversee design and management of employee benefits programs worldwide. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage financial, communicational, and administrative aspects of benefits programs. Monitor industry trends and best practices. Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants. Provide guidance and support on benefits‑related matters. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and cost‑effectiveness. Partner with HR Services to refine administrative processes and address operational challenges. Support development and delivery of employee education and communications to enhance utilization of benefits. Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations in employee benefits, and recommend enhancements to the strategy. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience in benefits management or a related field. Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations worldwide. Experience in developing and executing benefits strategies. Deep understanding of U.S. benefits, including defined‑benefit pensions. Good understanding of defined‑benefit pension schemes globally. Strong financial acumen, including accounting of global benefit programs, medical plan underwriting, and benefits financing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience with global benefits programs. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex benefit issues. Pay The annual base salary range for this position is $195,183 – $244,567. This range is a general guideline; consideration of factors such as scope and responsibilities, experience, education, and market will be part of the final offer. The position is incentive‑plan eligible.
