Order Entry SpecialistAustin, Texas, United StatesAbout the JobSalary: $19 - $28 an hourJob Type: Full-time**Only for American region**Key responsibilities:Booking of orders and creating them in SAPHandling customer requests and providing information to themUpdating ERP regarding clients, supplies, pricingGathering all needed information for each orderChecking and solving potential issues between client purchase orders and system informationRequirements:1 year of experience in international environment (experience in AR or Procurement department)Very good knowledge of EnglishStrong process knowledge and business orientationStrong motivation to work in peopleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of MS Office and SAPOffer:Stable long term agreementFriendly working atmosphere and open informal organizational cultureAttractive remuneration and benefit package (private medical care, life insurance)Annual bonusHybrid model of work
