Description: Ardelyx, a publicly traded commercial biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to provide tactical legal support and counsel on a wide array of legal issues. The successful candidate will work closely with internal business partners including Commercial, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, and Medical Affairs. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing operational legal advice on HCP interactions and market access, and ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and have 3-5 years of relevant experience at a law firm or pharmaceutical/biotech company. A solid understanding of federal and state healthcare laws (Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA Rules) is essential.
