Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living

• Supporting resident comfort, dignity, and independence

• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition

• Maintaining accurate documentation

• Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
