This individual will support enterprise agile adoption and maturity across the enterprise by observing, evaluating, and implementing changes to solve organizational and cultural impediments to improve the agile transformation of a program or project.Responsibilities:* Be a point of contact for helping others be aware and understand agile best practices.* Be a servant leader to the scrum team.* Addressing any concerns* Clearing any blockers* Facilitate agile meetings/ceremonies for teams. Ensuring purposes are met, effectively and efficiently.* Ensure team is always aligned with product/sprint goals.* Leverage Azure Boards or another workflow tool, ensuring team and stakeholders are getting proper value from the tool and visibility into the work coming into the team.* Assist in implementing training programs.* Partner with Lead Scrum Masters and RTE (if applicable) in planning efforts for the portfolio.* Coach agile best practices to scrum team. Continuously ensure agile best practices are being followed.* Support enterprise agile adoption and maturity across the enterprise by observing, evaluating, and implementing changes to solve organizational and cultural impediments to improve the agile transformation of a program or project.* Collaborate with team and leadership to re-enforce and teach agile best practice.* Always driving team to improve culture, processes, and delivery.* Communicate changes, intended goals, timelines, and results* Implementing training programs.* Monitor improvement in maturity, quality, predictability, and delivery as adoption of agile practices increases to ensure coaching meets the required outcomes.* Be servant leader for scrum teams that are just starting their agile journey, assess, meet the team where they are and setup plans to move the team forward.Education:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience* One or more agile certifications preferred (e.g. CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO, SAFe).Technical/Soft Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Energetic and skilled at engaging with different team members with different personalities.* Ability to learn quickly and teach others by showing what worked and what did not work.* Strong Microsoft Office skills.* Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes & handouts, etc.* Ability to communicate both verbally and written are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.* Effective organization and time management skills.* Strong attention to detail.Experience:* Must have 5+ years of active scrum master experience (prefer 8+ years)* Must have Scrum Master experience, not just Agile experience (ex. not a Product Owner)* Must have experience working in a complex environment, as we have fast pace of change, challenging stakeholders and an environment that is not fully matured into a SAFe Agile framework.* Must have strong communication skills and can speak to specific examples of navigating or hands on experience with situations.* Experience with Azure DevOps management tool, as we need someone that can build dashboards, run reports, etc. is strongly preferred.* SAFe, Agile or other Scrum Master Certification is preferred.* Hybrid experience (Project Manager/Scrum Master) experience is a plus.* Experience working in an accounting or banking industry is a plus.* Experience facilitating Scaled Agile ceremonies, such as PI Planning, Sprint Demos, Retrospectives and ART Sync/PI Sync is a plus* Experience with PI level metrics and reporting to drive improvements is a plus* SAFe Coaching experience to drive process improvements, trainings, etc. is a plus* Experience as a traditional project manager or certification is a nice to have, but not required.Leadership Skills:* Ability to work within multiple levels of the firm.* Ability to deal with a variety of personalities.* Ability to influence and negotiate with a diverse population.* Ability to support, affect, and implement change.At RSM, we offer a competitive benefits and compensation package for all our people. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.Compensation Range: $111,200 - $190,300Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
