Plumbing Project Manager

Charlotte, NC Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades Competitive Compensation (DOE) Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Charlotte, NC area. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong commercial plumbing experience who is also interested in growing into estimating and preconstruction responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and cost analysis as needed Maintain clear communication with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders Track project progress and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements Qualifications 5+ years of commercial plumbing project management experience Strong interest in learning and developing estimating skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Comfortable learning new software and systems Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities Stable, year-round work environment Supportive and team-oriented culture About Superior Skilled Trades Superior Skilled Trades is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
