Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator in our Mechanicsburg, PA location. About the Role: As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish. You will manage communications, coordinate project updates, and help ensure our office runs efficiently. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization, and is passionate about delivering top-tier customer service. What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email Provide timely and accurate updates on project and installation status Follow up with customers after installations and distribute post-project surveys Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems Support project coordination to ensure seamless communication between teams Deliver an exceptional customer experience, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and review platforms such as Rep.com Help maintain an organized, efficient, and collaborative office environment What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of customer service or customer-facing experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment Why Join Renewal by Andersen?
