Sanitation Manager – Food ManufacturingWe're recruiting a Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation across two nearby food-manufacturing facilities in southern Wisconsin. This person will oversee two supervisors and 23 sanitation employees while owning sanitation programs, audit readiness, chemical usage, allergen controls and environmental monitoring.The schedule will be worked out with the FSQ Director, but regular visibility during second and third shifts is an important part of the role.What we're looking for:5+ years of progressive sanitation leadership in food manufacturingStrong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, FSMA, SSOPs and environmental monitoringExperience leading sanitation teams and improving cleaning performanceDairy or cheese manufacturing experience is a plusBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience acceptedInterested?
