We're currently looking for caring, energetic, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in the Alexandria, VA area.

As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and clinic settings, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. What You'll Do

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and document client progress and milestone achievements

• Partner with families and clinical team members to support each child's goals

• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment

• Help children build confidence, independence, and essential life skills

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

• Part-Time Opportunities Available

• Consistent Afternoon & Early Evening Hours

What We're Looking For

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy is a plus, but not required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping children succeed
