Adecco is hiring Cable & Fiber Optic Assemblers in Portsmouth, NH!Join a growing manufacturing team offering competitive pay, overtime opportunities, incentive programs, and long-term career potential.If you have experience in electronic assembly, cable assembly, fiber optics, mechanical assembly, etc., we'd love to hear from you!ShiftsPay: $23-26 depending on shift and experience1st ShiftMonday – Friday6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd ShiftMonday – Thursday2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)What You'll DoAssemble cable and fiber optic components to detailed specificationsPerform precision assembly using hand tools and assembly fixturesRead and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and work instructionsBuild, route, terminate, and inspect cable assembliesPerform electrical testing, continuity testing, polarity checks, insulation resistance testing, and dielectric testingOperate assembly equipment, molds, and plastic injection devicesConduct visual inspections and ensure products meet quality standardsMaintain accurate production documentationFollow Lean Manufacturing, quality, and safety proceduresWork collaboratively to meet production goalsWe're Looking For Candidates With1+ years of experience in assembly, electronic assembly, cable assembly, fiber optic assembly, manufacturing, production, or wiringExperience using hand tools, measuring tools, or electrical test equipmentAbility to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, or work instructionsStrong attention to detail and qualityBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP experience is a plus)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsPay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
