The Program Lead is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Involved in short- to medium- Qualifications The ideal candidate will come from an organization with a strong technical program management function and be a visionary leader with deep experience driving technical or engineering programs from ideation to implementation across Investments, Trade, Banking, Lending, Trust, Data, Compliance etc.. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Hands on experience (8+ years) leading program management function and/or technical teams in areas like Investments, Trades, Banking, Lending, trust, Data, Compliance etc. and good understanding of Operations. 12+ years’ experience in enterprise level program management and delivery engineering products at scale. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results oriented. Exceptional strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision-making skill. Excellent verbal and written communication skills backed by a strong business and technical vision. Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools. Overview of the Role Reporting to the PM Head for Global Wealth Management Domains, the Technical Program Management Lead is responsible for the delivery on Global Wealth Management strategy for Investments, Trades, Banking, Lending, trust, Data and Compliance. The role entails good understanding of end-to-end banking knowledge including Operations, Compliance and Audit.
