Overview Chief Medical Officer – Solid Tumor Cell Therapy East Coast USA | Hybrid or Remote I'm partnering exclusively with a well-funded, next-gen cell therapy biotech developing non–CAR-T therapies for solid tumors. With a lead asset entering clinical development, they’re seeking a CMO to lead clinical strategy, FIH trials, and regulatory engagement through to late-stage development. Responsibilities Lead clinical strategy, first-in-human trials, and late-stage development plans for solid tumor cell therapies. Oversee regulatory engagement, IND strategy and interactions with the FDA. Collaborate with the executive team to shape development milestones and go-to-market timing. Qualifications MD required. 8+ years in clinical development. Proven track record in solid tumor trials. Experience in cell therapy; experience in NON CAR-T cell therapy preferred (e.g., iPSC, NK, TCR, γδ T cells). Strong FDA interaction and IND leadership.
