Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Dialysis

Role RN Clinical Nurse in Medical Dialysis Unit Responsibilities Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care by performing the nursing process, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and fostering relationships with patients and families. Promote evidence-based practice, participate in performance improvement, and support shared governance. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote workforce development. Plan proactively for patient care across the continuum and contribute to protocol development to improve outcomes. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) Active RN license (single state and multi-state compact) Basic Life Support certification Less than 1 year of clinical experience; prior patient care experience preferred Skills Critical thinking, teamwork, communication, adherence to clinical standards, commitment to evidence-based practice, professional development, and a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
