Job Summary

The Maintenance Engineer performs work to maintain the property and equipment. Duties may involve carpentry, painting, plumbing, and repairing equipment, buildings, floors, and furniture

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Smile, acknowledge, and greet guests in passing in hallways and public areas
• Respond to maintenance tickets/requests promptly
• Fulfill maintenance work orders in a timely manner to maintain guest satisfaction
• Complete maintenance activities including but not limited to plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment, HVAC systems, tilling, painting and wall surface repairs.
• Maintain the maintenance, safety and cleanliness of guest rooms, grounds, pool and exercise room
• Communicate with other departments regarding guest room conditions such as out of order rooms
• Complete daily shift check lists
• Other duties as assigned
