We are looking for a professional, energetic, and patient-focused Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding care.We value positive attitudes, reliability, and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.What You'll DoAs a Dental Assistant, you'll work alongside our doctors and clinical team to create an outstanding patient experience by:Assisting the Pediatric Dentist during clinical proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and instrumentsCreating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and familyWorking collaboratively with the front office and clinical teams to keep the schedule running efficientlyWhat We're Looking ForDental Assisting experiencePediatric office experience preferredDental Assistant certification preferred, but not requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, polished appearanceOutstanding customer service skillsStrong attention to detailReliable, punctual, and team-orientedCoachable with a desire to continue learning and growingComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentScheduleThis is a full-time position.Office hours are generally:Monday-Friday: Approximately 8:00 AM-6:00 PM or 8:00 AM-7:00 PMTeam members work staggered schedulesOne-hour lunch breakWhy Bright Healthy Smiles?At Bright Healthy Smiles, we pride ourselves on creating a positive, professional environment where team members are respected, supported, and encouraged to grow.
