Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Emergency Department RN

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Contract Length: 8 weeks

Requirements:

• Active Indiana (IN) or compact state license required
• Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience required
• Experience with Meditech preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Monitor and report on patient status and changes in condition.

Compliance / Notes:

• References: One recent direct supervisor reference required, two required to start (one may be a charge reference).
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required; flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed).
