Client Coordinator

Client Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for servicing client inquiries, data preparation, and documentation with a focus on quality customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to inquiries from clients and representatives regarding status and information requests Enter and retrieve client information using appropriate systems and maintain communication with the QA department Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and assisting in customer complaint resolution Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum one year clerical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
