Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Atlanta, GA and provide treatment in a home setting. Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals. Maintains daily thorough documentation of services in the EMR. Has own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master's/Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Education and/or experience: New graduate applicants welcome + experienced therapists. Actively licensed as an FL Physical Therapist. Job Type PRN.
