Start Regional With Paid CDL-A Training and Weekend Home TimeNewer Class A CDL drivers can build real road experience on a Midwest regional dry van operation with paid training before moving into a solo driving position.HOME TIME & RUNNING AREADrivers typically head out Monday and return Saturday, with weekend home time. Freight runs through Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Illinois, with both day and night driving required.EARNINGS AFTER TRAININGAverage weekly earnings of $1,000-$1,400Approximately 1,500-1,800 miles per weekStarting mileage pay of $0.56 per mile, increasing up to $0.59 at six months$40 load pay on runs from 0-149 miles$25 load pay on runs from 150-250 miles$15 stop payDriver performance bonus opportunityTRAINING FOR NEW CDL-A DRIVERSQualified trainees begin with approximately 3-5 weeks of paid training and 200-250 hours behind the wheel with an experienced driver. Ohio trainee pay is $850 per week.Orientation lasts no more than two days.
