Medical Scribe

Role Overview: This position involves serving as a clinical documentation assistant, supporting providers by observing, documenting, and coding patient encounters in real-time. Responsibilities include accurate note-taking, assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes, reviewing medical records, and assisting with clinical documentation improvement and administrative tasks. The role emphasizes supporting value-based care, chronic condition management, and population health initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have medical terminology knowledge, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to adapt quickly. Prior clinical experience or scribing is preferred. Fluency in additional languages and typing proficiency are advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate teamwork, self-starting attitude, excellent attendance, and commitment to at least 1 year.
