Join Our Team as a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner

We invite you to become a vital part of our dynamic Urology team in Richland, Washington. As a full-time nurse practitioner, you will collaborate with three urologists and three advanced practice clinicians in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in emergency department call duties
• Assist in the operating room as a first assist
• Provide care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Engage in a rotating schedule that includes clinic, inpatient, emergency department, and first assist responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in urology and operating room settings is preferred
• Familiarity with robotics-assisted technology is advantageous
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Working Conditions

This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with 36 hours dedicated to patient interaction. Enjoy a balanced work-life in the sunny southeast region of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting bonuses: $30,000 for experienced providers and $15,000 for new graduates
• Annual salary range between $138,712 and $184,404, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may be available

• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and access to expert student debt advice at no cost
