Can you cook the perfect medium-rare filet every time?
XO is opening an upscale Mexican dining experience in Fitchburg, MA. We are searching for one exceptional grill cook who takes pride in perfectly cooked steaks and seafood.
This is NOT a high-volume chain restaurant.
We are building a restaurant focused on quality, presentation, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Cook premium filet mignon to exact temperatures
- Cook salmon with crisp skin and moist interior
- Execute steak temperatures perfectly
- Maintain clean grill and sauté station
- Plate food with attention to detail
- Communicate with the chef and front of house
- Follow recipes exactly
- Keep consistency every plate
